Information we collect
When you contact us through a website form or by email, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. If you book a meeting through a TidyCal link, TidyCal collects the details needed for that booking. Visiting our site may also generate technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed and interactions with the site.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss potential work and deliver agreed services. Providing them is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply. We use site and security data to operate, protect and improve the website. Enquiring through a form does not sign you up for promotional emails; we do not currently use enquiry details for promotional email campaigns.
Analytics, cookies and linked services
The site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and how people use its pages. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and receive technical and usage information. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Our booking links open TidyCal, and links to WhatsApp and social platforms open those services; their own privacy notices apply when you use them.
Who may receive information
People working on Method Marketing enquiries and projects may access the relevant details. Website, email, form, analytics and booking providers process information to provide those services. Some providers may process information outside South Africa. We do not sell enquiry details.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not become client work, we normally delete its website form entry and enquiry email within one to three weeks after we know the work will not proceed. For active client work, we normally delete the related form entry and enquiry email one to three months after the work ends. Other service providers may keep technical or booking records under their own settings and policies. We may keep a record longer where required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us whether we hold your personal information and request access, correction or deletion, or object to its use, subject to applicable law. Send requests to info@methodmarketing.co.za.
